Ordering & Shipping

All orders will ship within 10-14 business days excluding holidays. This does not include shipping time, only production time for your order to leave our studio. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has shipped. All shipping rates are based on weight and your choice of USPS or UPS.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Orders are not processed until payment is made.

International orders are always welcome but My Lucky Wish is not responsible for any additional customs or duties that are charged by USPS or UPS. My Lucky Wish is also not responsible for any delays caused by the international shipping process through customs.

My Lucky Wish is not responsible for delays caused by an inaccurate shipping address entered at checkout. Orders leave our studio in perfect condition and packed in the appropriate protective packaging. Therefore, My Lucky Wish is not responsible for items damaged while in transit.

Please contact My Lucky Wish at info@myluckywish.com or at 865.803.1680 for rush ordering information. Some products, because of how they are produced, are not available for rush ordering. We will try to work with you when possible but simply can not guarantee this option for all items.

Coupons and promotional codes can not be applied after the order is placed and must be entered at checkout.

Orders must be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Since all sales are final (except when an error is made by My Lucky Wish), please review your order completely, i.e. spelling, design choice, etc., prior to completing the checkout process. Nonpersonalized items can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value and must be made within 14 days of receiving the item..

Returns & Exchanges

Sales of personalized items are final except when an error is made by My Lucky Wish. Please review your order completely prior to completing the checkout process.

When an error is made by My Lucky Wish: Please contact My Lucky Wish at customerservice@myluckywish.com within 5 days to inform us of the error. Return the item by UPS or USPS and include the order number, your name and contact information and the reason for the return. My Lucky Wish will replace and ship the corrected item via the original shipping method within 10-14 business days at no charge to you. We will reimburse you the shipping charges you incurred shipping the incorrect item to us. No rush shipping or processing is available in this situation.

For all other returns, you must contact My Lucky Wish at customerservice@myluckywish.com within 5 days to inform us of the return. Return the item by UPS or USPS in its, original, unused condition within 14 days of receiving the item and include the order number, your name and contact information and the reason for the return. My Lucky Wish will ship the corrected item within 10-14 days business days of receiving the incorrect item using the original shipping method. Please email customerservice@myluckywish.com with any additional questions regarding returns and exchanges.
