How do I contact My Lucky Wish? What are your studio hours?
You can contact us by phone at 865.803.1680 or by email at email@example.com (the quickest way for us to respond). Our studio hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am-4:00pm EST. We keep limited studio hours during the weekend. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond. Whether it's a comment, suggestion, feedback, a thank you or just a quick hello, we would love to hear from you!
When will I receive my order?
Due to the custom, personalized nature of all of our products, orders ship within 10-14 business days (excluding holidays) of placing your order and of course, sooner when possible. This does not include shipping time. All orders ship via the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely, we ship anywhere! If you would like a shipping quote before placing your order, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. My Lucky Wish is not responsible for additional duties and/or taxes.
Can I change the font on any of your products?
Fonts are chosen to coordinate with certain designs, but we are happy to change fonts for any of our products. Just include the information in the Gift Comments box at checkout.
Do you do any custom designs?
Yes! Custom designs are available for a $10.00 fee. Send us a swatch of fabric, a photograph, tell us if you like stripes, dots, plaids or paisleys or any other preferences and let us create something special and, of course, original!
I'm planning a large event in a few months and I'm wondering if you can design a few items for my guests. Can you help me?
Absolutely! Designing for unique and custom events is one of our favorite things and there is no question we can help. Whether it's wedding favors, baby shower invitations, corporate meeting promo gifts, bridal party gifts, tshirts for a family or class reunion, we'll take care of it. You'll work directly with designer, Victoria Zurcher, to create the perfect design for your event. Just email Victoria at email@example.com to get started.
I found a design I love on one of the travel mugs and would love to have it on a mousepad and clipboard, but I can't find it. Can you do that for me?
Of course. With so many patterns and products, we may not have added every option to the website yet. So, if you love the Avocado pattern and want it on a travel mug, the Martini Circles on a mousepad and Chocolate Starfish on a clipboard & notepad set, we'll make it happen. We've made that process a little easier with our "Lucky Match" option in many of the product categories. This will allow you to gives us the details of your request when placing your order. Not quite sure? Just email us and we'll help you. Just remember...any design can be put on any product!
Can I get a proof?
We'll be glad to email a single proof for your approval. Additional proofs and design changes are available for a design fee.
Is there an extra charge for personalization?
No, absolutely not. Personalization of all items is always included.
Does My Lucky Wish offer a wholesale or drop ship program?

My order arrived damaged. Will you send a replacement?
Orders leave our studio in perfect condition and packaged in the appropriate protective packaging. My Lucky Wish is not reponsible for items lost or damaged during shipping or delays in customs for international orders. Contact us at email@example.com for any additional questions.
Can I return a personalized item? I made a mistake on the name.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged and are nonrefundable. All sales are final. Be sure to review the personalization you have entered carefully!
The following are exceptions for errors made by My Lucky Wish: Any item with an error made by My Lucky Wish will be replaced and shipped via the original shipping method, free of charge. In the case of a customer error, please visit our Policies page for complete instructions for returns.
How green is My Lucky Wish?
We reuse shipping boxes, use recycled materials when possible to produce our items, and recycle whatever is left. We also keep our product packaging to a minimum. We're always finding ways to be even greener!
